This technology makes it possible to reduce the amount of drug and the number of times it is administered. In other words, while increasing the efficacy of the drug, it also reduces side effects, thereby  decreasing the burden on the patient.<\/h5>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"rd-cont rd-detail__box2column\">\n\t<div class=\"txt-center\">\n\t\t<h2>Characteristics of our DDS formulation<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>We are a pioneer in DDS research and have successfully developed many new DDS drugs.<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"rd-feature__inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"rd-feature__in-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"rd-feature__in-desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>World&#8217;s first lecithinization to improve biopharmaceuticals<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>While PEGylation technology is well known as a DDS technology for protein drugs, we are the only company that has a technology for improving kinetics of protein drugs through lecithinization. (We are currently conducting clinical trials of PC-SOD using this technology.) We are currently developing nano PGE1 and nano BPS (beraprost sodium), but other drugs and nucleic acids can also be encapsulated.<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"rd-feature__in-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"rd-feature__in-desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Lipid emulsion DDS technology which enable us to launch multiple new drugs<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>By encapsulating drugs in lipid emulsions , it is possible to improve drug kinetics. We are a pioneer in this technology and have already successfully launched lipo-PGE1 (Lipule, Palux, Kaishi) and lipo-NSAID (Ropion, Kaifen).
